I think we have all spent too much time on regretsy, the site that perfectly marries odd crafts-for-sale with hilarious commentary. (But is it really a waste of time? It gives us such delights as the zombie golden girls and paintings of Lady Gaga devouring a unicorn.)
Yet lately, I have been feeling creative. I have a lot of ideas of things I want to try, things I want to see more of that I’m 85% sure I can figure out how to make.
I’m hoping my creations will be more artistic than regretful, of course, but I have been thinking of starting an Etsy account.
I have no idea if this is a good idea or not, so thought I would ask the random, wonderful strangers of the blogosphere if they have any tips/tricks/info/stories they can share to help me make a decision.
Is Etsy still a good idea? Do you use it? Have you had good experiences? Bad? Have you ended up on Regretsy?
